Silver Crest help

What is the best pokemon to use to not only beat Lugia, but also get through the dungeon, because I get stuck in one of the "It's a monster house" floors. Pokemon such as Kingdra and Gorebyss keep using Agility and I can hardly move/attack/escape. What should I do?

A) Get a Pokemon with Heat Wave and train it to around Lv65

B)Have about 7 Reviver Seeds, 7 Max Elixers, 4 Huge Apples and 2 Escape Orbs

C) If you want to recruit Lugia take 2 mega strong 1 star Pokemon (High level Pokemon with Heat Wave and high level Pokemon with Electric moves) and if you just want to beat everything then bring a super team (If you don't care about Lugia get Moltres with Heat Wave at Lv73 and either bring 1 fully evolved starter and something else with a body size of 1 or bring nothing else and nab some rare Pokemon whilst there, I befriended a Dratina in Silver Trench.)

Lugia has a 99.9% Recruit Rate. Not exactly worth taking Friend Bow I mean what if you lose it (It happened to me with 2 FRIEND BOWS! After a few dungeons the 1 I had equipped just vanished. Gotta find a 3rd now )

Where do you find the Friend Bows anyway? Even though I've never looked for them, I don't know what dungeon you find them in...

You find friend bows on Mt. Faraway 30f.

I would suggest PMing gkiwi for help. Gkiwi has a level 100 Feraligatr and Charizard, and has saved me from 75f of Silver Trench. I defeated Lugia with one Flamethrower. Max damage... *chuckles*
