Salamence @ Shell Bell
Trait: Intimidate
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Aerial Ace
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

Heracross @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Brick Break
- Swords Dance

There ya go.

I'd rather use Swords Dance/Brick Break over Endure/Reversal on Heracross.

Other than that, good team.

Switch Starmie's Lum with Salamence's Shell Bell. Starmie will always be attacking, while Mence is vulnerable to status when DDing.

If you can't get Salac, then just use CB and give Starmie Leftovers instead.

If you're willing to rebreed you could go with the ReSTalking version: helps absorb status for your team, but since you have Starmie and mence with Lum I don't really see the need for it. Here it is anyway.

no salamence and starmie are fine your team will easily kill gretas silver team

Brick Break Salamence works well for the entire Silver Arena Team.
(Not anywhere else though...)

For getting Swords Dance on 'Cross, can I breed it with a male pinsir, or do I need to use the move tutor?

No, only TM and Egg moves can be passed from the father. In order to get Swords Dance without a Tutor, both Heracross AND Pinsir need to know Swords Dance as a Lv1-Up move. But Heracross can’t get Swords Dance through Lvl-Up. So it’s off to the Tutor you go.
