Silver Silph!?

What the HELL is Silver Silph!?
In the Strategy Guide, The Celedon City Dept. Store, it shows items that you can buy on each floor, well, on the 2nd floor, talk to the 2nd clerk, and you will be able to buy Silver Silph for 250 (I think,don't know exact price).

So my question is, What the Hell is this item, and What the Hell does it do!

It's just a mistake, or a...darn, what do you call one bit of inaccurate information you put in a document, etc so that if someone steals it, you'll know?

Anyway, this item doesn't exist.

I've heard for these kind of items too, Silver Leaf, Gold Leaf, and some DNA's.
I am pretty sure these are fake.

Actually, the DNA items are from Colosseum.

Gold/Silver Leaf could be found in G/S/C, but not in any of the 3rd gen games.

I checked all the floor's ,there is nothing called silver sliph.it sure is a mistake

I've never heard of that mistake before, or even noticed it for that matter because I have both of the Fire Red and Leaf Green stategy guides. I'll have to check it out. I have however, heard of things like this before, like in one of the Ruby and Sapphire game books telling you that you can get certain items that don't even exist. If it's like what TRJessie579 said, it is a good business move.
