Silver Version Moveset

i need 24 moves to suggest to my friend, whos gonna be replaying his silver version. no need to worry bout dvs and items. i just need movesets.

Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Crunch/Pursuit
Solarbeam

Crobat
Fly
Toxic
Mean Look
Confuse Ray

Umbreon
Mean Look
Toxic
Confuse Ray
Attract? Feint Attack?

I tried. Umbreon would be a better toxic staller because of the high defense.

Umbreon would be better off not using toxic at all

Houndoom: go with sunnybeamer or the fire blast/crunch/resttalk version

Magneton: uh.. use Ampharos

Crobat: I guess... but again this sucks.

Umbreon: Mean look/baton pass/moonlight/bite

gengar: hypnosis/explosion/thunderbolt/ice punch

feraligatr: curse/hydro pump/return/earthquake
