The Water one is nice, though the text really is'nt necessary. Distracting if anything, but what you want is only uo to you.

The banners are so so. The water one is nice but you might not want to use that vortex effect because it's kinda distracting the attention from everything else.
Those are good banners but you need better text. I suggest www.1001fonts.com
Also, try not to make the text so transparent. It's harder to read that way.
