If you Ko a shiny shadow like say a Hitmontop, will the Hitmontop you fight the next time be the same shiny hitmontop you ko'd before?

Yes, as long as you don't reset the game before you fight it again.

It can change slightly, like ne time I beat a Gulpin male, and I turned off and then found Mirror B and it was female :\

No I was just wondering cuz Im going for a Shiny Raikou soon and if it kills me, then it might end up being different the next time I find it.
