To get shedinja you need to evolve nicada at lv 20 as normal but have a spare space in your party, then you will get a ninjask and a shedinja, and you DON'T need a pokéball for shedjina.

btw, please remember to check your party after Ninjask evolves with the empty slot!!

You will get Shedinja.
