when you use Dragon Dance, defense curl, calm mind, sword dance then you increase you pokemon stat like one stage or two stage, can someone tell me like how many points or how many percent increase each stage and 2 stages? >_< thx

when it says

"[enter Pokemon's name]'s [enter stat] rose!"
that means the stat has rose by 1 stage.

When it says

"[enter Pokemon's name]'s [enter stat]
sharply rose!"
That means the stat has rose by 2 stages.

each stage raises the stat by 50%:
0: 100%
1: 150%
2: 200%
3: 250%
4: 300%
5: 350%
6: 400%
the - stages are like the opposite of the + stages
i.e. stage 1 is 150%, or 3/2 and stage -1 is 66%, or 2/3
-1: 75%
-2: 66%
-3: 40%
-4: 33%
-5: 29%
-6: 25%

Any stats increase by 1 level is x1.5
By 2 levels(Swords dance) is x2.

it goes like this by how many times you used the move.

1-1.5x
2-2x
3-2.5x
4-3x

Etc so it goes up my 0.5 every time so you times it by the attack your using Or stat.

Take howl and sword dance. Howl will make your attack go up by 50%, so...houndour used howl! His attack rose! Houndour's attack stat before: 100 . After: 150.
Sword dance or the likes does double, so it doubles your attack.
