how can you quick catch skitty in emerald because i gave be looking for a hour

You can try White flute + Illuminate/Pressure/Arena Trap ability if front off your party to increase the chances of finding an wild Pokémon.

instead of that, I have no idea other than just wait.

It's supposed to be rare so you won't find it right away. If you check the tv once a day, sometimes there will be swarms of them, making them less rare.

if it was ruby i would say trade for pika but since its not u have to be lucky to capture easily or use abilitie effect

Just north-east of Rustoboro, the grass between there and the tunnel have them. Just go there and wait for a bit, I've seen a few so they're definately there. Plus it's quite early in the game too, not sure if you need your first badge to get to the grass or not (you might get blocked, i always just do the gym).

Beating the gym isn't hard if you do need to.

The route is 116. I just checked. They are there though.

Just keep looking and be persistant about it... Skitty is always hard to find since it's kinda rare. :/

BTW, in emerald you´ll just use Skitty to trade with Meowth, it´ll be useless in your team.

Same here, except mine was a delcatty. Other than keep trying, there is really nothing else you can do.

i found a skitty without even trying once. it really isn't that hard, just don't overachieve yourself. if all else fails, trade in foretree city.
