although you really should just check the moveset sticky if all you need is a moveset...

you can add over 80 points to slaking's attack if you EV trained it and bred for a flawless IV, which is huge. those 80 points make the difference between using a great pokemon and an average pokemon.

and for the moveset, i think focus punch deserves a mention above aerial ace on pika's set.

Focus Punch is good for link battles but it requires prediction, and the AI isn't very easy to predict IMO. Also, Return > Hyper Beam since Hyper Beam prevents you from switching out during the Truant turn, whereas Return does not. Plus I'd hate to have Hyper Beam miss and end up not doing any damage for 3 turns...

Meh, it's a matter of taste. If you like to go for sheer power, Hyper beam really isn't a bad choice... But Return is more reliable though... They're both fine imo.

Hyper Beam> Return IMO.

Hyper Beam= 150 x 1.5 = 225

And with Traunt, you have to miss the recharge turn anyway so you are dealing more damage with Hyper Beam that Return

But you can't switch out after Hyper Beam. =O

Although Focus Punch is its best 4th move, you can use Hyper Beam and Return on the same set for in-game since Hyper Beam can OHKO a few Pokémon that Return can’t (like Weezing). Still, use it seldomly.

Hyper Beam will be best if you know your opponents have high defense pokemon that do not resist normal. But it on 2vs2, Return > Hyper Beam for sure. Because 2vs2 is more on combining abilities and attacks than simple stat ups.

Yeah... Good idea, indstead of earthquake... Because, i have that one on TM... Thanks..

If you have Emerald, you can use the Pick Up ability to get extra Earthquake TMs. They're rare, but they are there. I think your Pick Up pokemon has to be Lv. 91+.

Also, as aragornbird said (or implied), you should have Return on there and THEN consider adding Hyper Beam for the last move.
