Sleep team

I made a team of pokemon that all have a sleep move on them. The teams pretty good, but yet my win to lose ratio is like, 50/50. Could anyone give me some pointers on how to make my team better, please?

My team:

Bronzong w/ Leftovers
ability: Levitate
Moves: Stealth Rock, Hypnosis, Earthquake, Gyro Ball
Ev's: 252 HP , 86 Atk , 80 Def , 92 SpD
Role in Team: all around Wall; he can take a good amount of hits while setting up things like "hypnosis" and "Stealth Rock"

Leafeon w/ Leftovers
Ability: Leaf Guard
Moves: Leaf Blade, Baton Pass, Swords Dance, GrassWhistle
Ev's: 132 HP , 160 Atk , 216 Spe
Role in Team: Support; She takes out most of the water types that may be a problem to Bronzong. Though, i don't really use her that often.

Breloom w/ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison heal
Moves: Spore, Stone Edge, Seed Bomb, Focus Punch
Ev's: 44 HP , 252 Atk , 212 Spe
Role in team: Physical Sweeper; He take out a lot of the opponents pokemon with his physical moves, while putting them a sleep 100% of the time with spore

Milotic w/ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
Moves: Recover, Hypnosis, Ice Beam, Surf
Ev's:124 HP , 252 Def , 132 SpA
Role in Team: Special Tank; She takes out all over the pokemon that are week against ice and water, while putting them to sleep (like the rest of my team), and while acting as a wall of sorts with her defense. She probably the most useful one on my team.

Gengar w/ Life orb
Ability: Levitate
Moves: Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Hypnosis, Focus Blast
Ev's: 4 HP , 252 SpA , 252 Spe
Role in Team: Special Sweeper; Gengar takes out the pokemon that are week against ghost, electric, and Fighting type moves, it can take out most enemies in one hit... though it can also be taken out in one hit because of week defense and the life orb...

Gardevoir w/ Leftovers
Abilities: Synchronize
Moves: Hypnosis, Will-o-Wisp, Thunderbolt, Psychic
Ev's: 252 HP , 48 SpA , 176 SpD , 32 Spe
Role in team: Support; With her will-o-whisp and hypnosis she can support well, while also using a special attack of 324 to do a good amount of damage with her special moves.

hates you.
Are you aware that sleep clause only allows one pokemon to be asleep at a time, and by putting a sleep move on all of your pokemon, you are just wasting 1 moveslot on 5 outta 6 of your members?

Why EV to beat Chomp when it is long gone?

Guilty of over smogonning.

252 Def/ 172 HP/ 84 Sp.Atk

Frost Nova

The predator awaits.
This is the preferable Milotic set.

Milotic@lefties
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 212 HP / 120 Def / 176 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam / Toxic / HP [Electric]
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Standard ReSTalk set, 176 SDef with Calm allows it to hit 360 max SDef IIRC, and 212 HP EVs allow for max Leftovers recovery. Def gets a boost with Marvel Scale + Rest abuse and gives you a reliable method of recovery, while Sleep Talk doesn't leave you a sitting duck when you're Resting.

Why am I helping the OP anyway?

Kindly familiarise yourself with the rules before posting next time.

Apart from the sleep cause which makes half of your startegy useless you lack really reliable physical offense. Common pokemon like Heatran, Celebi and Jirachi will wall most of your efforts. I suggest you replace breloom with a faster, more wallbreaking sweeper like a mixed Infernape.
