sludge bomb?

i cnt seem 2 find the tm of sludge bomb in the saffire dep. it says its in dewford town? but where =S searched everywhere the only thing i think is possible is in that house of the trendy stuff.. does it hav anything 2 do wiv that? plz let me kno =)

It is in Dewford Town Hall (trendy saying etc.), after you get the surf HM. A new bloke will be there to talk to.

i think u have to beat the E4 first. I don't know, thats what I had heard somewhere.

I think you need to get surf and talk to everyone in the trendy hall house. If that doesn't work, beat the E4 first.

Like Bulbatordile said, after you beat Norman and get Surf, it's in the Dewford Hall. There will be a guy that wasn't there before, his sprite has black hair and is wearing glasses, who says the "Hippest thing in hip" is Sludge Bomb, despite what the trendy phrase actually is. He gives you the TM.
