Small picture help

I admit I'm not a newbie (been here for over a year) but I am really getting annoyed by those little images under th screenname and I would like to know how to remove or change it. Please!

You can't change the user ranks unless you post nor can you remove it.

Haha, You don't read much, do you? They represent your user rank, which is the ammount of posts you have. You can only change it if you post more. Serebii just added more, actually. Do you pay attention to the announcements?
And, there is no way to not display it.

Ah, man. Oh well. Hpw much posting does it take to change it anyway? I admit i'm not informed, because I usually keep to a couple threads, no more.

So why didn't you use the Search Tool, or read the FAQ Stickies? Surely if you're not a newbie, you would know that doing either of these would be the smartest and quickest route to finding an answer.
