Smartest Legendary?

So, which one is the most intelligent? This doesn't inculde Mewtwo as he's a clone. Sorry Mewtwo fans.

I voted Lugia. Something about him just makes me think he knows basically everything.

Lati@s they were Hell to catch at Southern Island in my Emerald and Sapphire. They kept using charm/Dragon dance, then luster purge/Mist ball, and then recover over and over and over.

Latios and Latias of course... I've never really had a taste for the other legendaries, I don't have much expierence in the major legendaries, being that they didn't have a moveset that could beat the elite 4 over and over again...plus they couldn't be used in the Frontier

Why isn't Mewtwo on the list? Seriously, I think he could be one of the smartest. He isn't a Super Clone for nothing. He gained a great deal of knowledge, not just about cloning (well, he [i[was[/I] able to make all those clones) but also about Pokémon in general, seeing as he soaked up all of Nurse Joy's memories like a sponge.


Anyways, from the list, I have to say Mew. Think about it: not only are Psychic Pokémon generally very intelligent, but Mew's memory must be amazing if she cn learn any move. Plus there's the fact that Mew is the Mother of all Pokémon- she is actually from the dawn of time, being like a god.
