Smeargle moveset for Emerald

I am planning to train a Smeargle on Emerald for use in the battle frontier, and i have som moveset ideas.

Recover
Spore
Baton Pass
Calm Mind

This one is simple, Spore then calm mind and later Baton pass. If the foe wake up, spore again and recover. If I use this, i will EVtrain the Smeargle in speed. I dunno what item.

Spore
Baton Pass
Belly Drum
(Random attack sweeper move)

Easy to understand, I will EV train in speed too if I use this. Dunno item.

Spore
Sheer Cold
Lock on
(Filler move)

Cheap, I know =/
I will EVtrain in speed if I use this. Dunno item here too.

Which of them is the best? Have any changes or ideas for the filler moves?
Have a total new good moveset? Post your ideas here please.

Smeargle @ Salac Berry
Timid Nature
- Spore
- Endure
- Endeavor
- Seismic Toss/Dragon Rage

Is the only set worth using. Smeargle isn't for the faint of heart.

IMO Almost every pokémon can be used in-game.

But if use cheap tactics? Lock on + Sheer cold ftw

LOL, you think Nintendo didn't think about that too?

They specifically programmed the pokemon to switch out after every Lock-On/Mind Reader.

Hmm.. Maybe you got a point there.. Have any ideas for other movesets?

Mean Look + Perish Song is pure dumb.

1. Wobbuffet, Arena Trap Dugtrio, Trapinch.
2. Soundproof.

If you're going to use Smeargle at all, use the moveset I gave. Nothing else.

Smeargle @ Salac Berry
Timid Nature
- Spore
- Endure
- Endeavor
- Seismic Toss/Dragon Rage

Alright. First Endure, for you won't last a hit at all. Then Salac will activate, outspeeding almost every pokemon. Now Spore the opposing pokemon. They will sleep for at least 2 turns, giving you the chance to Endeavor and then finish them off.

Smeargle@Leftovers
Bold/Calm, Whatever
- Transform
- Counter/Mirror Coat
- Endure
- Flail

Transform is fun to use, it can make you a very annoying pokemon for some. Counter/Mirror Coat is just there because it might be fun to make some serious damage IF you survive a hit.
EndFlailer in the same package.

Also, the Lock-On + Sheer Cold might work if you have another combo there too, because you can finish every match with it.

of course i can beat crudents set. BPsmeargle generally is preferred as it can

1.spore to get in a sub.
2.have belly drum to activate salac berry.
3.baton pass to, metagross/heracross/salamence.

and then they sweep with huge speed, and max attack. simple.

This is where we agree to disagree. Your set is very suited for competitive teams of 6. But in a 3 vs 3 environment, and when every single pokemon is crucial, that smeargle fails. What happens when it is Hazed/phazed? What happens when a counter to the sweeper comes out?

this is for the BF? oh ok.. you could still go with the subdrumsalac explosion to take out A pokemon.. but crudents takes out at least one as well
