    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

There's not really much you can do other than make a new account, PM an admin over there and try to explain to them that you were banned without apparent reason. It may have been an accident, like a misclick or a confusion between your username and someone elses.
