IMPORTANT
We've added a new rule to the shop because we see people not using the things we make for them. If you don't really like what we made, TELL US! We'll gladly make modifications or perhaps, a new one. Don't just say thanks and never use the banner/sprite. As of 10/06/2011, if we see people who don't use our banners/sprites at all, we will permanently place them on the BLACK LIST!

Rules
- If you waste our time by not using what we made for you, you'll be place of the black list permanently!
- Don't make the same request in another shop! You MAY get off with a warning, but you may also be put permanently on the Black List!
- Follow all SPPF rules
- We only take 3 requests per department at a time
- Don't double post
- Only make ONE request at a time
- Always give credit to who made you a banner/sprite
- Always use the correct Request forms
- If you provide an image from a website such as DeviantART, give credit to the artist
- Please don't hurry us to finish your banner/sprite, we're busy in real life and we can only make 1 or 2 banners/sprites each day
- Don't request when the shop is closed, if you do, your next request will be ignored
- You can't make a new request in the next 24 hours after you received your last one
- Respect everyone!
