Snorlax or Slaking?

Personally, I like snorlax better even though it can be a pain in the arse sometimes. Plus, if slaking is the lazy pokemon and has truant, then how does it have 100 base speed?

Snorlax. I don't particularly like either, but I didn't want to say ''I hate fattys'', so I went for which one I mildly prefer.
Snorlax, although plain, is kind of cute, is a great battler, and is not Slaking.

Slaking is annoying and ugly. Snorlax is cool and funny looking and anyway I've had more problems with Slakings than with Snorlax's.

Slaking is real bad thanks to his ability, but terrible high attack.

Slaking has base 160 attack (240 attack with a choice band) which is base 20 lower than FR Deoxys, base 25 higher than Alakazam's and base 6 higher than Mewtwo's! the whole point of Slaking is to switch. Have a Skarmory ready if Slaking comes up a physical sweeper, a Blissey if Slaking comes up against a special sweeper. This is a good (and popular way of countering Slaking's ability). Snorlax is also fantastic but it gets annoying when every single team on netbattle contains either a Snorlax or a Blissey.

Snorlax. Definitely. If any Pokémon can describe me accurately, it's him. Big Movepool, huge Stats, funny design. All around excellent. He has one excellent Ability and another average one too. Slaking has 00ber Stats, but the worst Ability in the game. Plus, its looks are worse IMO...

Slaking. I would cite my Hoenn chauvinism in this instance, but in all actuality I simply like Slaking's ridiculous Attack and, moreover, its incredible speed over the gluttonous, lethargic Snorlax. While Snorlax must use slots for Curse and Rest, thereby constraining itself to Return/Body Slam and just one other move, Slaking gets to have a brilliant four moves plus a Choice Band to boot. Truly awesome if I say so myself.

Voted Snorlax, but I realized I actually like Slaking better. Too late ¬_¬

Well, first off, Hoenn>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Kanto.

And second, Slaking is amazing. It kills savagely and quickly. Incredibly difficult to kill because barely anything can stand up to it and live. Even Skarmory has difficulties with the almighty Slaking. FP on the switch means gg Skarmory. Snorlax is a capable battler, but it just doesn't compare to the Juggernaut that is Slaking.

4: perhaps the best last pokemon
5: One of my favorite pokemon
6: looks a lot better than the slaking

Not slaking because
1: Gets stopped by sub/protect (unless it has fury swipes, which has potential)
2: an insult to gorillas
3: TRUANT!!!!!!!

That, my friend, is the understatement of the year. I tried working out how much Hoenn pwns Kanto, but I could not comprehend it and eventually gave at. Persevering at such an immence task could have proved fatal.
