Pokemon XD tutor, or fire red in that Silph place some lady teaches it to you after you beat team rocket.

The pokedex doesn't show XD tutor moves.

the tutor in FR teaches explosion, which 'lax can't learn. the only way is the XD tutor in Agate. and i have a list somewhere of the XD Tutor compatibility.

the pokemon that can learn selfdestruct from the XD Tutor: everything that can learn explosion from the move tutor, as well as wailmer/wailord, slugma/magcargo, snorlax, mewtwo, and ... i think maybe one more thing. i'll go check.
