No, only Selfdestruct. You can see the Snorlax itself using Selfdestruct in the demo when you don't press the Start button.

Selfdestructlax is sooo sexy.... 8D It helps out BIG TIME in the Battle Frontier.
STABed Selfdestruct has a base power of 300, which means that Snorlax's Selfdestruct has the same base power as an Explosion from anything else (except Smeargle, which has suckt Attack anyway). The reason it doesn't get Explosion is because it would just be too powerful and OHKO anything. The only reason Selfdestruct is a Move Tutor in XD is so you can teach it to Snorlax. You wouldn't teach it to anything else because every other Pokemon that can learn Selfdestruct can learn Explosion. =/
