He's very cute, I love the face. I can see the arcanineness it's just he doesn't have the white chest hair that throws it all off.
The only bit that's annoying me is his back legs, how on earth does that spindly lil leg support that backside? >> Also on the closest front leg where the line touches the snow it should be going out not in more just to flesh it out a bit.
Anyways, I think he's gorgeous.

Like everyone says, that back leg is thin and skinny. With imagination and saying that that leg is more fatter, it looks great. One thing is, it looks like it's snowing in one place because the right side of the picture has now snowflakes... Otherwise, it's brilliant!
