That is sooooooo B-E-A-utiful I love the wolf in it especially the sad expression it is so cute.

Aww.. yes, most definately sooo cute.
Ha, Lion King style Toboe. He's from wolf's rain or you just got the same name?
Anyway he's very cute and I like the effect you've got going on with the background.
Only bit I can nitpick is the band on his chest, it's too straight for a natural line. Give it a little more curve like the edge to a circle. It wont look so painted on that way and it'll also help with making him look less flat.
The only other bit is that I think it needs shading of some kind in that ear, even if it's just a slight tone to make it less flat.. But pfft.
Otherwise hey, he's gorgeous and I love the facial expression.

That's pretty cool, nose is a bit pointed but that's neither here nor there. I especially like the eye, because of its simplicity.
I wonder to myself what it is looking at...

Aww, those two pictures are so cute, Sora! Wolf's Rain? Never heard of it, I don't think... Is it a Japanese animation?

I just love the first picture. It's so sad, yet adorable. And I love the look in the second one. He looks like he's got an idea. Hige looks really huggable in both pictures! Good job Sora! Hope to see more!

Not quite tubby enough for Higae really but he's still cute.
The shoulder (?) line over the colour is somewhat too big though I'd say, it looks rather strange when you notice it.
This time the flat colour job isn't so bad, I'd say because he's got the diff coloured tufts in his ears that it helps pop that out a bit more as apposed to the other one.
Ah.. the face. His nose, the down triangle point should be more to the left thant he right to center it better, it's throwing the face off a little. I was wondering what it was and it was that..
Again, very cute and the lion king styling is nice. Love the snowy effect still too though I think it came out a bit better on the other image.

It's pretty... specifically the snowy background, but my problem is with the way the dog character is lit... It looks sort of out of place with the darkness of the background... Maybe if you did some sort of trick with whatever image editing program you have you could make him look more a part of his environment.
