I don't know but he's has the best Sp. Def. without any EV training. I use him too and he can resist several flamethrowers if trained good. My Lv. 50 Regice has 235 Sp. Def.

with teh right ev training he's an almost unstoppable tank....it has a limited movepool tho.

also, physical moves/curse on regice don't work very well, since it has a base 50 attack stat. curse is only useful for the defense boost, really. usual set is:

regice @ leftovers
bold/calm
thunderbolt
ice beam
thunderwave/toxic
rest

I wouldn't consider Regice to be an uber. All of his stats but SpD are average. If you need a speical wall, hes one of the guys to go with.

Depends on who you talk to. Legendaries no matter who tend to be so.
IMO they are ubers but they are the most laughable of them all

Regice has pathetic attack so think before you use snore. He's also not going to survive many physical hits if he's sleeping.........
