Dusclops is on here why? It can't switch into a zapdos thunderbolt, take another thunderbolt, the live to heal itself btw. You have regice anyway.

Raikou also used rape, psych up regice might help. Make dusclop or swampert or whatever a sleep talker if you need one.

Also, you might want to do something about your jirachi weakness.

The two things that can break its subs/deal damage to it are gyarados and swampert.

Gyarados dies to thunder/thunderbolt which a lot carry and swampert can't switch into [boosted] psychics that can lower its special defense all the time, especially with no rest, wish support, or special defense.
