No this is not a thread to whine about how crappy the 360 is. I just merely wanted to tell everyone how wonderful their support staff are.
My 360 stopped working about 3 weeks ago for some reason. So I called up Microsoft to find out the problem and see if they could repair it. They helped with some over-the-phone-troubleshooting and still nothing happened
So the support guy took down my details and about a week later a sticker arrived in the mail to put on the box. So I sent it away (they paid for postage ) and two weeks later (today), I got my 360 back
I would just like to thak Microsoft for their speedy response and the helpfulness of the support staff. They deserve a cookie
Anyone else had to get a console repaired? Did it take a long time? Were the staff helpful?
This might sound like spam, but I'm just happy that they did not take a long time and were very knowledgeable.
