I personally like Team Rocket's. Conspicuous, but not over-the-top.

Team Aqua's is too... well... blue.

Magma has cute hats, but I despise the Admin suits XD.

Galaxy is just... whoa o_O;;. I can understand the uniform, but those poor grunts and their bad haircuts!

Well...Magma's are definatly the coolest, although pretty conspicuous. Team Rocket's works without going around looking like they're from the fair or something. xP Aqua's are just...meh. And Galaxy is just WTF? They definaltely look like they're dressed up for halloween or something. oO;

I acutally like the piate style of team aqua. And it'nothing to flashy, so it enables full dexterity.

Rockets look like ordinary robbers, and I despise galaxies.
