Well, Pep's going. Maybe only temporarily? Who knows.

A mayhem of football this weekend, the Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese leagues could (but probably won't) be decided in the next few days. Not to mention the insane amount of permetations around the English leagues (gonna be hard to keep up!).

Didn't see it coming last October when he first revealed that he was contemplating not continuing as Barca coach past this season, but this morning was a really tearful morning for us Barca fans...Pep's leaving, and Tito Vilanova will be taking over at the helm of the Blaugrana. So, no more Pep...no more '' the man that smokes weed before attending matches '' :) Pep will always be the man, though, PEP GUARDIOLA WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST COACH IN FOOTBALL HISTORY! We dedicate all our success in the past 4 years to you, Pep! We'd never forget that in your first season with us at Barcelona, the 2008-09 season, you led us to the treble of the UEFA Champions League, La Liga and Copa del Rey, the first three titles you won at FC Barcelona to kick start us on a run of 13 so far out of 16 possible titles :) In order to recognize all your achievements here at Barcelona, Cant del Barça is in need of singing:

Tot el camp, és un clam, (The entire field is a clamour,)
som la gent blaugrana, (we are the blue and scarlet people,)
tant se val d'on venim, (no matter where we come from,)
si del sud o del nord, (be it south or north,)
ara estem d'acord, estem d'acord, (now we all agree, we all agree,)
una bandera ens agermana. (a flag unites us in brotherhood.)
Blaugrana al vent, (Blue and scarlet with the wind,)
un crit valent, (a valiant cry,)
tenim un nom, el sap tothom: (we have a name everyone knows)
Barça!, Barça!, Barça! (Barça!, Barça!, Barça!)
Jugadors, seguidors, (Players, supporters,)
tots units fem força. (all together we are strong.)
Són molts anys plens d'afanys, (Many years full of zeal,)
són molts gols que hem cridat, (many goals we have screamed,)
i s'ha demostrat, s'ha demostrat, (and it's proven, it's proven,)
que mai ningú no ens podrà tòrcer. (no one will ever beat us.)
Blaugrana al vent, (Blue and scarlet with the wind,)
un crit valent, (a valiant cry,)
tenim un nom, el sap tothom: (we have a name everyone knows)
Barça!, Barça!, Barça! (Barça!, Barça!, Barça!)

And that's our anthem, the anthem that Pep Guardiola gave meaning to after arriving at Barcelona in 2008, winning us the treble and later even having us became the first Spanish football club to win the Sextuple! PEP, WE'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER AND REVERE YOU! GOODBYE, PEP!

Yeah, he said he was "taking a break." So he's making it sound temporary.
I'm curious, with Barca having been knocked out of the Champions League, with the La Liga almost assuredly out of reach, and with Pep leaving--will anything break Barca's way? Also, is Barca's current reign of outstanding dominance about the end? Two losses isn't the end of the world, even if they are major losses, but the loss of Pep is a major blow.

Hoho, so Madrid triumph over Sevilla 3-0, meaning they only have to win one more match to officially claim La Liga...however, beating Bilbao at San Mames is a difficult task, so we Barca fans are still hoping...

AND VINCENT KOMPANY IS CIT'S HERO IN THE MANCHESTER DERBY! Brilliant stuff, right on half time, Kompany shrugs of Chris Smalling and BRILLIANTLY heads the ball into the net from 5 yards out, and Manchester City prevail 1-0 over Manchester United! Could that POSSIBLY be City's first Premier League title since 44 years ago? Shall Kompany be City's hero this season? All I know is, brilliant goal, Kompany.

Manchester City proves that enough money can accomplish anything. Thank you, Abu Dhabi United Group. You've made the Premier League more interesting, and now I have a time to hate more than Man U.

Kinda reminiscing
No it didn't. The whole ball has to cross the line for it to count. Replays clearly showed that only part of the ball crossed the line

Only just saw Cisse's goal aginst Chelsea. Absolute beauty, it's made some people think it ignores the laws of physics!

It's evaluation time! Pep has spent four, rich years at the helm of FC Barcelona, and in the four years he's produced 13 out of 16 titles, with a chance to win a 14th, the Copa del Ray on May 25th. He has transformed Barcelona in something a 1000 times more valuable than Riijaard's Barca ever was. He has thought the players a lot, and Jose Pinto has been given much more of a chance to shine, and Pinto has definitely proven he's a Barca goalkeeper until he retires, second to Valdes or not. Today, Pep had his last match at the Camp Nou against Espanyol, where Messi scored 4 goals to score 50 for the season so far in La Liga, five more than Cristiano Ronaldo. We have played good this season, but good is not what Barca's about, out of this world is, and next season the real Barca will be back!!!! Gràcies Pep!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We love you, and we owe you a lot!!!!!

GRACIES PEP!!!!!!!!!! We owe a loads of good to you, good luck with your little sabatical, and hopefully you'll return!

So, I'm already thinking about:

1. The Copa del Rey Finals against Athletic Bilbao

2. Next season

So, we have a tough finals at the Vincente Calderon against Athletic Bilbao, but I'm sure we'll walk away with the title. After, plans for next season shall be made, and it'll be our first season under Tito Vilanova, and I'm definitely looking forward to it. Jordi Alba has allegedly agreed to a Barcelona move from Valencia, and we're apparently looking at Fernando Llorente as well, whilst Seydou Keita is in talks with Malaga. All in all, WE LOVE YOU PEP!!
