Im planning to put her on a contest, And I want the best move for her so I search this site to find a move, I see one http://www.serebii.net/potw/185.shtml but when I bring her to battle frontier and move tutor she cant learn mega kick and mega punch.

They're not at the Fronteir. I remember that one of them (Kick, I believe) was taught by this fighter dude in the waters around Mossdeep.

no, that guy teaches dynamic punch IIRC.

Trade them over to a FR/LG if you have one they're t the left of Cerulean City.
The lady on the right in the BF teaches it to Soody too, in teh Move Tutor place.

TheMightyWurmple said what I was going to, you must trade them to FR/LG, and in west of Cerulean city, in route 4, there are two move tutors, fighters. One of them learns to your pokemon Mega Punch, and the other one Mega Kick. Sudowoodo can learn these both.

Well near the battle dome you will find a house where two old ladies are sitting, the one sitting on the left teaches your pokemons those moves.

now I have mega kick, for 24bp mega punch cost 48bp too bad I have only 6 now, maybe I level her up to get double edge.
