In lucid awakening
Though the Netkun website has not been updated yet, apparently the magazines have already been released in Japan, and someone has posted a brief summary of what happened in this month's plot on a Japanese forums.
BF saga:
The last chapter ends at the point where Noland is seen being attacked by a mysterious person. This person still does not show his face in this chapter but is described as a big man, and it is revealed that his aim is the only legendary pokemon we haven't seen, Jirachi.
Emerald manages to beat Lucy eventually, and will challenge the Pyramid as his third stop. We still don't know Brandon's line up yet. But Latias apparently retains its anime ability to transform into humans, and she has morphed herself into one of the Battle Pike maids who give Emerald advice.
FRLG saga:
The last chapter ends at our heroes finally able to save Prof. Oak and Blue's parents from the grips of TR, and are now confronted with a whole gang of Deoxys (again, an anime influence, giving Deoxys the ability to make multiple clones of itself).
The cold swirl of air Lorelei's Jynx puffed out on Storc (Saki)'s ankles in a previous chapter turns out not to be her famous ice cuffs, but some sort of tracking device instead.
Giovanni has apparently forseen Mewtwo's colloboration with Red and co. and therefore has made some special device to counter its attacks and more or less trap it.
On the other hand, Bill and Celio are trying to get help from their research companions, Bridgette and Lanette in Hoenn.
RSE saga:
The last chapter ends where Ruby discovers that Juan has secretly placed the Red and Blue Orbs into his and Sapphire's bodies. Turns out, this is part of their 'mind' training, and the two young trainers eventually managed to expel the orbs out of their bodies on their own.
Ruby finally removes his white cap in this chapter, and the scar which he received from battling the Salamence during his childhood is still there. He is said to have a hair style similar to Norman's.
Sapphire received the Rain and Mind badges from the twins and Juan, and the two make their way out of the Mirage Island to go back to the Grou/Kyo battle.
So, Jirachi is finally confirmed to be in the BF saga, and Lanette and Bridgette finally have a role to play. Juan turns out not to be evil in placing the orbs into Ruby and Sapphire's body too.
