Not bad, but your anatomy is off. For the hair spikes on a Jolteon those can bristle to the point of being needles, so I would think those would stick up in the lower part of the torso, pushing his clothing up a bit, so at least you needed to apply a little shading there. Study clothes folds too, his right sleeve would fold down a bit with creases because of gravity and the jacket on his back would fold in a little below the shoulder area, so you need to shade that a bit at the very least. I would say to be a bit more careful when you color too.
Not too shabby, but I know you can do better.
