Yes, this works. I almost always get a KO in just out of the surprise factor. Use dragon claw, and they think I use elemence, so they bring in a special sponge, then I HP Fly them.

Triple weak to Fire types, short of Starmie everything on this team dies to Special Blaziken, luckily for you no1 uses him so you should be fine.

you have no real bulkywater counter, so i would consider thunder on jirachi

your idea of using explosion on gross as a bulky water counter is dumb, since it has thunder punch on it, if they know your gross has t-punch they will be much more hesitant to switch into him, for not wanting to take a hit, therefore your bulky water counter fails

eh, thunderpunch is for hitting skarms, not bulky waters. Suicune with calm mind counters it, and milotic can take it easily. I'll go thunder on jirachi.

Gross can only explode on it, but switching gross against pert is kinda obvious, which means they´ll know what you´re trying to pull off

EQ 2HKOs Starmie

Blissey is just giving it a free ride to curse

Skarms doesn´t like surf if it has it

Psychic Jirachi doesn´t do much without CM

According to 0ma, HP grass mence with modest deals with about 80%, so if you´ve damaged it enough, you could switch it on a predicted EQ/curse and finish it with mence

This is, of course, if you wanna use cool stuff. Otherwise, just use boring stuff to beat pert

ok… but what should I get rid of? Not dragon claw, cause stab rocks.
not flamethrower, cause otherwise skarm will kill me. Plus flameclaw rules. HP Fly is for double stab, and earthquake hits 'lectrics. I guess I could take out HP Fly, since with stab it only has 5 more power than EQ, plus I have flamethrower to take out breloom and hera.
