Actually it's two things. Please answer me straight so I don't get confused, I do easily.

1. Pikachu. How do I get him from that old guy? I heard you can.

2. Ho oh. I have purified all 48 Pokemon, so do I only need to complete Mt. Battle on colosseum mode to get him?

1) You cannot get Pikachu from Eagun. The only Pikachu you can get from Colo is from the Japanese Bonus Disc, which isn't Eagun's as far as I know.

2) When all 48 are beaten, go onto Battle Mode, and do the Mt battle challenge.

Remember that in order to get Ho-oh you need to use Pokemon from Story Mode, it will NOT work if you use them directly from your GBA game...however, you can trade Pokemon to Colosseum and use them; as long as the Pokemon are in Story Mode.

It's a surprise to see that TRJessie579 didn't specifically point out that the team you have to use to beat Mt. Battle on Colosseum Mode is your Colosseum Story Mode team.
