Something I noticed

That the only skin that the link to the Serebii pokedex is on is the Serebii 9.0 the other ones only have the rules link...

Nope. The Red/Blue/Yellow skin has it.

Yeah. Thats strange. And the G/S one doesn't have the rules link.

Should we ask Serebii to put that in because I have to change skins to get to the link

Yeah. It might be a problem for some people but not me. I use the default skin.

Go to the Pokedex on the mainsite.

On the top of your browser, there should be a thing that says "Bookmarks/Favourites." Click it.

Then, click "Add"

Now, if you want to go to the page, just open up a new window, go into your "Favourites/Bookmarks" again, and click on the website you saved into there. Woahmg!

And seriously, it's not that hard to open a new window and type "www.serebii.net" and then click two more things to get to the dex -_-;
