This question always seemed to confuse me...With some members, like Pokeshipping Togetic, when they veiw a forum and it shows all the members that are veiwing it, a black bold + sigh appears next to their name. Not the red + Mods have, but like a regular member like Pokeshipping Togetic. Does anybody know what they mean?

They mean that the person is on your buddy list. Either that or you're on their's. One of the two.

First one. When it's not a mod, +s, smod, or admin with that, it SHOULD be that they're on your buddy list. I don't think you can see who has you on theirs..
