Yes, you get paired up with random people (assuming you're using the worldwide, rivals or continental finders) so it seems that you've just been very unlucky and keep getting stuck in matches with quitters, people who simply quit the game because they'd rather not lose. But that shouldn't effect your score, quitters get a lose added to their record, but nothing should happen to yours.

The issue of people magically appearing infront of you is caused by lag, basically the Internet connection can't keep up with every little move that's being made, so your DS will show where it estimates your opponent to be. When it finally does send it's next load of data to your DS it may show that your opponent managed to sneak infront of you while the data was being sent.

In a perfect world we all have super fast computers and connections and lag doesn't happen, but this isn't a perfect world. But if both these things are always happening to you are you sure it's not you who's at fault? Are you sure when you get disconnected from a game it says your opponent has disconnected and not you? It would explain the high amount of loses if you were the one quitting all the time, albeit unintentionally.

Doesn't the computer take one loss off of you and gives it to the quitter?

That's one I haven't heard before, so far I'd been told they get 1 loss, they get 3 losses or they get a loss for everyone who was in the game at the time. Can anyone 100% confirm the losses for quitters?

People fly around me while racing is Mario Kart there Life they literally fly over me!

Confirmed for 1 loss per person that you disconnected from. Confirmed by NOA Andy. If you walk out of your wifi connection, you lose one loss. Confirmed by NOAs as well.

The same thing has also happened to me. i don't know why it happens but sometimes people just fly over my head. But they are not snaking. can someone tell me why it happens?

Deoxys Prime

Time will tell.
Its just bad lag. Thats all. Unless they use a Modchip. Thats a rare case though. Its probably just lag.
