Does anybody know the reason why this game does not end with Super Sonic? (like every game has since Adventure[except Riders and Shadow, but Shadow ends with Super Shadow, so that does not count.])
I have some more questions about it too, but I just want to see if anybody answers this one.

Not sure mabye since the game was about emerl they probably just didn't add super sonic also in sonic riders u can unlock super sonic by getting 100 gold emblems in mission mode i think

it was because the story was about emerl as one peson said. It was also because emerl had all the Chaos Emerald and didn't Sonic a chance to turn super. As for rider it is a spinoff so don't worry to much about turning super during story mode anyway it made a nice break and show us that sonic didn't need to turn super if the foe was too strong.

Ok, than another question (those were good answers [I forgot when he went Gizoid he got ALL the emeralds) (I know about SS in Riders by the way, I have Chaos Emerald, I was just saying you don't finish Babylon with him)

Was Battle Canon? I think it is, but some people think it contradicts ShTH to much, I disagree, your opinions.
Sonic Advance 3 confirms it is canon to me, but still.

Canon. And yes Chaos Zero is a playable character in the game.
