Sonic Adventure one and two are my personal pics for his 3D outings, the new one looks ok but Heroes and Shadow were trash.

I agree with that. And Sonic Mega Collection (original or Plus) was a good game for older sonic famns like myself, who remember playing his games on the Genesis.

*high five.

Amen, aint that the truth. Sonic Mega Collection is awesome as well.

It truely saddens me when most conversations regarding Sonic that are brought up usually involve people who totally disregarded the franchise when they were on Sega consoles or those only interested in the newer games.

Pretty much what BF~40 said was right.

I probably enjoy the Mega Drive/Genesis games and the Adventures about equally.

Heroes is okay, I guess.

I haven't played Shadow for more than 10 mins since the day I got it.

Overall, I enjoy the series, but I've been disappointed recently. I'm hoping that Wildfire is at least better than Heroes.

Thiough not all of us disregard them. I loved Sonic games on the Genesis. Mega Collection is one of the reasons I got a Gamecube in the first place (since it wasn't on any other console at the time). It's a perfect emulation of the Sonic games, all the way down to the last pixil.

Whether it's the slowdown when too many rings gets knocked from you, to trying to get the emeralds in the near-impossible special stages in Sonic 2, it's a real blast from Sonic's past.
