I hate to be asking so many stupid questions. If my rank goes up, can I (and everyone else here in the forums) actually become one of the SPPF staff.

High postcount doesn't mean you'll become mod.

Actually Serebii doesn't choose. It's his final decision, but the majority of the mods are chosen by the other mods in the field.

Join date doesn't mean that much either.
And the chances are low, new mods aren't chosen that often and there are many members on the forums.
