Soul Dew on Latios/Latias

I have heard some people say someting about attaching a Soul Dew on Latias/Latios in R/S. But I have just looked on the "Items" section on this site and there is no mention of a Soul Dew. Does it exist? If so, what does it do? Thanks.

Its easy
Say you have an Emerald, and you picked Latios. If you use gameshark or nintendo events, you can go to an island where you find the other lati. It will be level 50, and will be holding Sould Dew.

Just another quick thing to mention: It has been awhile since Nintendo has had an Eon Ticket promo, and I don't know if they pplan on giving them away again, since they were generally given out mostly within a year after Ruby/Sapphire was released. They were also given away in the November 2003 issue of Nintendo Power magazine. (which is where I got mine from, since Nintendo doesn't believe in having promotions around Cleveland, Ohio) You may have to go online (eBay) and buy an Eon Ticket if you want one now. You also need an E-Reader to use the Eon Ticket. Also, to get the Eon Ticket onto an Emerald game, you will have to mix records with a Ruby/Sapphire game that has an Eon Ticket on it. You can't use an E-Reader on the Emerald game.
