Soul Dew

I've read in many places that Latios/as should have a Soul Dew attached to it.
What on earth does it do and where do i get it?

it's only attached to the Lati@s found on Southern Island, which is only accessable with the Eon Ticket, which was only available legally through nintendo events...

other then that, it's only accessable via a cheating device (which discussion of isn't allowed)

IIRC, the soul dew increases Latias' special attack by 50% and increases Latios' special defense by 50% (making them very formidable opponents)

I got my Eon Ticket through Nintendo Power magazine. I also heard you can buy one on pokemon.com.

Actually, Soul Dew raises the special stats of Lati@s one level each (50%).

When you go in SOuthern Island with Eon Ticket, Lati@s MUST be holding it and it raises its Special Stats.
