When you get the eon ticket you can go catch the other lati and it will hold soul dew

The only way to get soul Dew is via Eon ticket, that one which leaves you in the southern island.

Lati@s there will always hold Soul Dew.

The only way to get it is to catch the pokemon on southern island he/she'll be holding it.If you don't have the eon ticket though you can't go there.However I have an extra(thanks to emerald)that I can give to you when Dimond and pearl comes out with Wi-Fi trading.
