i am sure that you are itching for a decent rate but there are two problems with me
1.i am sorta a noob
2.i don't know much about legends because the own too much in-game so i don't use them

but then you look at its ability
...and it can't learn skill swap

you can stick with bashful and make him a mixed sweeper

looks weird i know but with overheat as your sp move you can use it with out worrying that it will decrease the power of others (do not use blast burn)

-dragon pulse?

you can put some EVs into attack and swich out dragon pulse for something like earthquake


ps. i cant tell you EVs in fear that i will bungle it :(
pps. maybe i will do the legends later but for now IMA BOARD

EDIT: Where should I get the TMs? They are both lvl 100 so I can't train them....

Regigigas is very usable in Doubles,pair him with Dual Screen Skill Swap Alakazam...wow,works wonders.

The trait is the ability... not the characteristic
Those aren't EVs, those are stats.

Read the rules, read the EV and the Natures guide.. fix that and I'll help you :)
