What pokémon u fight to get sp.atck EV's??? ( excluding spinda )

I for one setup a gardevoir base where they only know memento as each trip combined with a macho brace is 36 points towards special attack. 4 trips after 10 calciums brings EV for special attack at 244, then fight guitarist's 2 magneton & an exploud for the remaining 8 EV for sp.att and 6 HP EVs. For exp.point purposes, it may take awhile to raise all 6 of them up to level 100 but I find it is worth it.

Fight magnimite to get Sp attk evs, there the most common type to get sp attk evs from..

Why bother going to an annoying place like the Mauville Underground?
Honestly, it's way better to just use the Spinda's. Macho brace combined with Pokérus gives you 4 points per Spinda, get's you there in no-time.
