I really need some help, on ruby and sapphire what the heck does the space launch number actually do?!?!?

It does nothing, some fake cheats say that you can go in space when it's 100% but that will never happen.

If you're talking about the Space Launch rumour where you get to fly to the moon and catch Deoxys, its fake. Don't even bother
