Special Salemence Yay or Nay?

I've been getting so many mixed messages about this so...
Is Speciamence (Special Salamence or something) good?
With:
Timid
Leftovers and
Crunch
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast
Hydro Pump
I didn't post this in the RMT section because I'm not asking you to rate it for my team. I'm just wondering is this moveset and that (I didn't make it) good?
Does anyone use it? I sure wouldn't of beaten Tucker without it. But if you've used it did you find it to be good? Do you still find it to be good? As I said and clearly emphasise IT'S NOT RATING MY TEAM I want to hear your experiences with using a Speciamence maybe it had different moves? Just tell me WTF went on with your battles with it. Not: [RETARDED] well I used Hydro Pump on a Miltank and then realized it didn't do much and switched to using Dragon Claw and finnaly beat it. Sala is way better off with physical attacks. I mean, just LOOK at that base attack.

DDsalamence or CBmence is way many times better, just think a little to know why.

HP grass/Dragon claw/Fire blast/Wish

that's really the only usable special mence, and it needs a good hp which is hard to get, and it gets Wish from NYPC or special nintendo events or something, so physical mence is a lot easier to get

DDmence and CBmence outclass this. Both Salamence's movepool and stats lean in favor of a Physical Attacker. If you must, you can use Specialmence, since this is InGame, but I recommend against it.

I really wasn't asking for anybody to give me other movesets. I've been given plenty. I know that it's DDmence is better. I'm not asking for my team, my team needs Speciamence because it's for countering Skarmory.
