well, after studying on the net, I finnaly came up with a speedrill deck. A friend helped me build it. Her it is so far:

Don't post decks if they're not complete. Anyway, I suggest adding Weezing in there as well as getting rid some of those worthless trainers. You may want the Beedrill d as it works for me. Also, put in PETM in there for getting evolutions. You'll want the FRLG Weedle, DS Kakuna, and either FRLG Beedrill or a mixture of DS and FRLG Beedrill.

Ummm...What is a beedrill d and a PETM? I'm only starting the TCG, remember. What worthless trainer cards??? And sorry about posting an incomlete deck....

Delta Beedrill. Professor Elm's Training Method.

Get rid of Low Pressure System, as I find it serving no purpose (plusit was made in EX Dragon and not remade iirc). The Pokedex Handy 909 is pretty bad if you only have one. You won't need four Steven's Advice, three at the max.

looks great!...but there is only 1 healing item. and what is holon's magneton for?

Holon's Magneton is for providing two energy of any type. Mainly used with the delta Beedrill I assume.

You'll definately want Pidgeot in almsot any Speedrill deck. A 2-1-2 or a 2-2-2 line should do.

Your problem is you have too many grass.

And why the hell would you want to use super potion? o_O It's a horrific card. Healing does little in speedrill, it takes away from the speed.

You can't use more then four of each pokémon with the same name even if they have the delta species symbol (beedrill). As stated in the delta species rulebook on page 2.

Take out either beedrill and add in some trainer you find appropriate. It's not even 7 am here. ~_~

I don't think so. It is a card that depends on a single coin flip and there's only one in the deck. So even if you get it, it could still fail.
