There's no such thing as a Base Wigglytuff. I assume you mean Jungle?

Hehe. End pedanticism.

It seems pretty decent. Try and find a better Jigglypuff card though.

I don't think you need the Hitmonlee. I'm looking at the Pojo's Unofficial Big Book of Pokemon and I think the deck's they list are still pretty good for old school cards. I think you should try a build like this since you're deck is pretty close to this deck. Which is type of Haymaker deck also.

Base Hitmonchan, Jungle Scyther, and Base Electabuzz were like staples for Haymaker decks back then. The Jungle Scyther fits into any deck basically because of it's 3 Colorless Slash attack and no retreat cost. So you can quickly retreat for a better pokemon. Scyther is also good against other Haymaker decks with Hitmonchan too because of his resisitance. Base Hitmonchan is great because it can attack early on. Electabuzz is the same, with 2nd turn doing even more damage. And you're just left with Wigglytuff to clean house after they've been through the field.

You should try something like this from the book.

Jigglin Cheese Maker

Well, I will exchange the 4 Hitmonlees for Scythers, but I don't have any at the moment. So, I will not edit the first post.

As for Electabuzz, I don't think I will add it, instead of 8 Lighting Energies, 8 Grass Energies, to boost Scyther's Slash.

All the Jigglypuffs in the old sets has sucky attacks. Hehe.

I'd say the promo Jigglypuff, but I don't have any, so I doubt you have 4.
