If lv61 means it's untouched then it is if not then it isn't and i'm not really after event pokemon so one of these 2 is fine for me

I have Japanese event charizard(game says "コロコロ" which means Corocoro), Shiny peliper and a 6IV, moonball sneasel all holding rare candies.

Can i know if your entei and arceus fits these descriptions?

(SPA), (FRE) or (GER) arceus MICHINA 02010 (must be untouched)

Entei does match your description (and is untouched by the way)
Arceus doesn't have (SPA)/(FRE)/(GER), he's from belgium and for untouched he is if level 100 is the level he has when you obtain him
