SPOILER'S tag in site

How do i make the spoilers tag work in another site?how do i upload the feature?or some other way of hiding text.

Is it a forum software? Most probably it is already installed, just needs enabling or maybe you have to download from the forum site. It'd be better if you were more specific and you made 2 threads instead of 1 for the samething.

Well,i made two topics by accident somehow,so i can't help it right now.
Im trying to get the tag to use on my site,its in my spoilers tag on sig.
