WELCOME TO SPOINKY AND IGSEY'S ART SHOP! Here, we mainly do hand-drawn art, photoshop art and spriting.
RULES
1. All SPPF rules apply i.e. no spamming, flaming etc.
2. No insulting people's art; this is a request shop!
3. No rushing
4. Use the forms
5. Don't argue with us!
6. When requesting from Spoinky, use the phrase 'Moo Moo'
7. When requesting from igsey, use the phrase 'Rawr'
8. No stealing our original ideas.
9. Use the forms (if there are any)
10. Swearing gets you 2 strikes
I'm going to be alot more lenient with the rules than I was in my last shop.
BAN SYSTEM
Ok, this is how it works.
Break a rule = Warning
Break a rule again = one strike
Break a rule again = one week ban
Break another rule = Permanent ban

WHAT SPOINKY CAN DO
Spoinky is the artist. He does hand drawings and photoshop. He'll do most things, like pokemon drawings and cartoons. Here's some examples:

He can do that, and many more. If you want to request a drawing from Spoinky, just say what you want and any details.
Spoinky also does trainer cards. If you want one of these, use this form. He can do them with D/P sprites or PMD2 sprites. Your choice!
NEW!: SPoinky can also do custom backgrounds. Just tell him what you want!
